Here is just a taste of the many destinations and places to check out within and around Wisconsin's capital.

The historic University of Wisconsin campus is home to a vast number of cafes, bookstores, brewpubs, estaurants (more per capita than anywhere else in the U.S.) and a good share of cultural attractions.

More than 150 parks offer residents plenty of recreational activities to choose from. If you visit the campus, be sure to try the famous Babcock Ice Cream at Memorial Union or Babcock Hall, before or after a visit to the Elvehjem Museum of Art's collection of Greek, Roman and Egyptian antiquities. And to really get into the college spirit, head over to State Street's numerous ethnic and American style restaurants. Be sure to try the mouth-watering bratwurst sandwich on a homemade bun at State Street Brats, a student favorite. At the end of State Street, the white granite, Roman Renaissance-style Capitol dominates the skyline and offers an observation platform for magnificent views of the city and lakes.

Our approach to customer service is more attentive than ever. We know buying or selling a home could be overwhelming. Our Realtors were selected because they meet our high professional standards of quality workmanship and responsiveness. If there is a service you are in need of that is not part of our list, once again, one call to our concierge and he will get the service you desire.
